Hall of Fame – Andrea. Speech notes for HOF: for 2025, we are recognizing a member that joined in 2012 and started competing the same year. She quietly helped out in the background for a number of years and was formally recognized in 2021 for her and her husband’s commitment to our club with a Special Recognition award.
In both 2015 and 2022, she was recognized with the Most Improved award on two different horses, Cinnamon and Blaze. Then in 2024, she made the giant leap to Secretary, working alongside Heather Hicks who had been in the role for 14 years. She did such an amazing job coming up to speed on the responsibilities, that we created a new “Secretariat Award” in her honor for learning the job at record speed!
Her marketing for the 2024 Regionals was incredibly effective and achieved great results. She trained others on how to use the CMSA software, found many ways to streamline our processes, and took strong roles in other committees, like the banquet committee. She also plays a vital role in providing outstanding support and attention to our members.
If those accomplishments weren’t enough to keep her busy, she stayed focused on her riding and earned herself the Overall Cowgirl title in both 2024 & 2025. Please join me in welcoming Andrea Galuska as the newest CT Renegades Hall of Fame member!
